Ling Shuyan paused for a moment, then replied.

As she spoke, Ling Shuyan kept glancing sideways, trying to secretly gauge Lin Feng’s reaction.
He had agreed that the intellectual property rights belonged to the institute and had even permitted Ling Shuyan to send the technology to other factions within the Federation.
But words were one thing, actions another. If Lin Feng was actually unwilling to share it, Ling Shuyan had to take his attitude into account. After all, once news of the Genetic Warriors’ performance spread, it wouldn’t just be Qin Hu and his people who wanted it.
The potential profits from such exchanges were nearly as valuable as the modification technology itself.
Other research institutes scattered across the Federation also had their own latest discoveries and technologies—for example, the main institute’s ongoing research into the Superpowers of Awakeners.
It was by acquiring some of their data that Ling Shuyan had managed to so quickly find the source of Shen Jie’s Superpower, enabling her to cultivate the gland infused with Zerg genes and perfect the genetic modification technology in a short amount of time.
Especially with the apocalypse underway, Ling Shuyan, being a pure scientist at heart, naturally hoped everyone could share their resources to ensure humanity was strong enough to survive first and foremost.
Fortunately, Lin Feng showed no sign of displeasure during her explanation.
