Chapter 731 - 685 Attending the Ceremony II

Extreme Realm, Celestial Lighter, one is an extreme utilization of mental awareness.

The other is a leap in physical essence evolution. The power that erupts when the two are combined is extraordinarily terrifying.

Spending enough time in the Extreme Realm will inevitably lead to becoming a Grandmaster, achieving the final form.

However, the next level, the Great Grandmaster, lacks the advantage of momentum in this realm, only strengthening in preemptive defenses and Absolute Defense zones.

Yue Dewen watched several young people practicing martial arts earnestly, suddenly feeling an inexplicable sensation in his heart.

As if quietly teaching people martial arts here, gaining skills, residing in seclusion, was indeed not bad.

Figures on the dojo stepped agilely, humming and shouting, bursting out with power; soon they were sweating all over from practice.

They were all newly selected Celestial Lighters, with incredibly robust bodies, yet showed signs of exhaustion now, indicating the extreme intensity of the training.

After training comes rest.

The young men and women sat down, surrounding Yue Dewen in a circle.

In exchange, they would share some news from outside with Yue Dewen.

"I’ll go first." A young woman on the far left raised her hand and said. "My brother is responsible for guarding the entrance and exit, he told me, there’s been a great change outside recently."

"What change?" Yue Dewen asked.

"It’s Chana Tower, Eternal Palace, and the newly emerged Blood Alliance, these three forces seem to have formed an alliance." The girl replied.

"I’ve heard about that too. Rumor has it the King of Bloodline went to both Chana Tower and Eternal Tower, held secret meetings that eventually led to the alliance." Another short-haired young man quickly added.

"Now, the Evil Spirit Vehicles are fewer outside, but Bloodlines are patrolling everywhere... they seem unafraid of the Celestial Light’s evil power... some in the alliance suspect they are akin to Evil Spirits."

"It’s not suspicion; in some sense, Bloodlines are even more troublesome than Evil Spirits; they don’t wander mindlessly."

"Now that the three forces have united, there hasn’t been much movement on the ground lately, and none of our resource teams have reported injuries either. I consider it a good thing."

"It’s just unclear what the union of these three major forces aims to do?"

The group talked and pieced together the current external situation.

Listening to them, Yue Dewen felt some familiarity; this Blood Alliance, what Zhang Rongfang described as special individuals?

He reached the pinnacle of various martial arts; if not for the pollution of evil power, he wouldn’t have reached such a state now.

He originally intended to seek Ounan’s help to return to Great Spirit together.

But now...he’s best not to reveal his Great Spirit origins; considering the current situation, the Blood Alliance seems tied to Great Spirit; developments are not very favorable.

While Yue Dewen was conflicted.

The highest level of the Human Alliance’s stone pillar hall.

At this moment, Asalu, Ounan, Lin Hu, and others were receiving a group of mysterious visitors.

Inside the meeting hall, this group consisted of three people, all wearing black robes, black headscarves, and black veils, beneath which were black metal masks.

The masks had a pair of empty black eyes, staring straight at several captain adopters present.

"Mubarakah, greetings to the leaders." One of the three, leading the group, stepped forward, pressed his left hand to his heart, and bowed slightly.

His voice was cold and unvarying, as if devoid of human expression.

They were mysterious merchants, fundamental sources for many of the Human Alliance’s strange technologies.

No one knew the origins of these mysterious merchants, but their merchandise, various instruments, had stunning effects.

For instance, the spirit extraction machine for Yue Dewen.

"It’s been five years since we last met, Brother Mubarakah, long time no see."

Asalu, as the coordinator, smiled and returned the bow.

"What good things have you brought us this time?" he asked with a smile.

"This time, we have the destructive base energy fluid you need the most, along with anti-radiation medication and inflammation-removing pharmaceuticals." Mubarakah replied.

"That’s wonderful. With this batch of support, coupled with the recent resources we’ve found, the city’s population can increase significantly." Asalu rejoiced, showing a joyful expression.

"These are good news, but, there’s a piece of bad news as well." Mubarakah continued.

"Bad news? Is it the date of your next visit changed, or the cargo reduced?" Asalu’s smile faded, asking worryingly.

The mysterious merchants were essential, just as much as basic supplies.

If such situations truly arose, it might be...

"It’s not those things." Mubarakah shook his head, gestured for everyone to sit down and said slowly.

The group took seats around the long table, all eyes focused on Mubarakah.

"Do you all know the current state of affairs on the earth?" Mubarakah asked a question after sitting down.

The group pondered momentarily.

Captain Lin Hu spoke first.

"Are you referring to the newly appeared Blood Alliance?"

"To be precise, the Blood Alliance is just a small issue among them." Mubarakah continued, "The crucial point is Chana Tower. After years of search, its tentacles have reached the three Great Secret Locks."

"Three Great Secret Locks? Are you referring to the Flawless Secret Lock, the spatial confinement left by the Spirit Eye Race?" Asalu was the first to react, clearly experienced.

"Precisely. Chana Tower has always been searching for the three Great Secret Locks; it’s common knowledge, but... the Flawless Secret Lock is ethereal, impossible to find, and even if found, it doesn’t concern us, does it?" Asalu continued.

"Not at all," Mubarakah continued. "The Flawless Secret Lock doesn’t just seal a space; it seals a space that opens the path to the White Eye."

The path to the White Eye!?

Upon hearing this, everyone was stunned.

They all knew what the White Eye was, but why would Long from the Chana Tower seek a path to the White Eye?

Could it be that with the White Eye approaching and destruction imminent, it thinks it won’t die?

What benefit does this have for it?

"Opening the path to the White Eye has always been Long’s fundamental goal. We understand this, but many people don’t believe it," Mubarakah explained.

"In reality, Long wasn’t supposed to have consciousness, but at a critical moment, it developed one, a powerful consciousness the origin of which is completely unknown.

Experts among the Spirit Eye Race believe it originates from the White Eye. Thus, the mysterious consciousness that appeared in Long itself emanated from the White Eye. That is why it goes to great lengths to open the Three Great Flawless Secret Locks and open a path to the White Eye. Because that is where it originally came from..."

"This..." Asalu and Ounan were somewhat shocked by this explanation, finding it totally unbelievable.

According to records, the surface temperature of the White Eye can reach hundreds of thousands of degrees. Nothing could possibly survive there.

Long’s consciousness comes from the White Eye???

"Our purpose in coming here today is to hope that you could send people to cooperate in stopping Chana Tower from finding the First Secret Lock Falgara," Mubarakah said solemnly.

"Are they close to finding it? But how can you prove that Chana Tower’s goal is to open the path to the White Eye? We can’t commit significant resources just based on your word, risking casualties by going out, especially against Chana Tower’s Evil Spirits." Asalu frowned.

"This issue..." Mubarakah paused, "is actually quite simple."

He stood up, and the other two companions stood up with him.

With a sweep of their hands, they lifted the black robes from their bodies, revealing their skin underneath.

And it was this unique body that caused Asalu, Lin Hu, Ounan, and others to open their eyes wide in shock, immediately rising from their seats.

"You...!!? You actually are!!?"

Year Four of the New Calendar, July.

Great Spirit Celestial Curtain Pavilion.

Numerous ancient-style buildings had already risen here, forming a small city-scale town under this limited expanse of black sky curtain.

At this moment, the area around the Celestial Curtain Pavilion was bustling with people.

Teams of elite warriors from the Great Spirit, clad in black armor, were scattered around to maintain order.

Bloodline experts coming from the Outward Sky Path all gathered in front of the Celestial Curtain Pavilion, waiting for the truly significant event exclusive to today.

Aside from the experts of the military court, Zhang Rongfang did not forcibly control the other bloodlines; instead, he allowed them to voluntarily pass through the Outward Sky Path into this land, giving them the freedom to explore.

Of course, the recovery of injuries from exploration required a trade-off.

With the ability from the Youspring, he successfully turned this small town into a recovery base for bloodlines’ origin.

Bloodline essence of various levels was available for sale, and better blood pools could speed up the recovery of injuries and completely repair deep evil energy pollution.

Evil energy radiation exceeded that of bloodlines; if not excised in time, it could indeed penetrate deeper, necessitating a soak in the blood pool for thorough purification.

At this moment, around the Celestial Curtain Pavilion, a unit of Spirit People from the Eternal Tower, a total of forty, was slowly approaching.

They followed Lord La’s instructions, invited to represent the Eternal Palace to witness and observe this true Blood Alliance ceremony.

Leading them was Di Mo, one of the two strong Eternal Tower experts whom Zhang Rongfang had previously severely injured.

This woman, whose injuries had just healed, no longer had her previous formidable aura, now instead fixed her eyes intently on the largest Celestial Curtain Pavilion in this small town.

"According to Lord La’s orders, we must also assist in maintaining order when necessary. But seeing the number of Blood Alliance members... it seems unlikely that we’ll need to intervene."

Di Mo glanced over, noting that there were easily seven or eight hundred red-eyed individuals gathered in the town alone.

Each of these people exuded an immense aura, indicative of undisputed martial arts mastery.

"Members from the Chana Tower are here as well," reminded another tall African woman on the side, holding a nearly three-meter gray heavy sword.

Her name was Sandra, one of the top two experts in the Eternal Tower, on par with Di Mo.

When Zhang Rongfang invaded previously, she happened to be absent. This time, to witness Zhang Rongfang, who had killed her friend once before, she volunteered to come.

Sandra stood four meters tall, with skin as black as charcoal and a golden furnace glow constantly flickering over her heart.

At this moment, her gaze was fixed far ahead, staring in the direction opposite the Celestial Curtain Pavilion, where groups of large humanoid figures, emitting black smoke, were slowly approaching.

These were Evil Spirit Elephants.

Moreover, atop the foremost Evil Spirit Elephant stood an alluring woman in a completely white long dress.

Black insects continued to burrow in and out of the woman’s mouth, nose, eyes, and ears, her skin as delicate as white porcelain, utterly devoid of color. She bore no hint of an expert’s aura.

She stood on the Evil Spirit Elephant’s shoulder like an ordinary white porcelain statue, silent and still.

If it weren’t for the three tall, purple crystal demons accompanying her from below,

hardly anyone would have believed her to be Ophelia, one of the three great Evil Kings.
