"Gu’an Saint Envoy, leader of Ancient An, come out and see me!"
A dead silence fell. No one answered.
How could those two possibly dare to show themselves?
Deng Sui... Su Ze already recognized the man.
It was none other than Deng Sui, the youngest Legendary expert on the Lin Hua Continent.
"Come out and see me!" Deng Sui called out again, his gaze fixed on the capital of Ancient An Country.
If no one answered this time, his next step would be to go in and drag them out himself.
Staring at the god-like man in the sky, Pulamon’s heart burned with jealousy. ’We’re both Legendary experts, so why does he get to look like a deity while I look like a black monkey?’
His eyes turned cold. He bit his lip, licked away the blood, and snarled, "I’ll devour you! You’ll be my first evolutionary material since reaching the Legendary rank!"
With that, he shot into the air, transforming into a streak of black-tinged blue light that rocketed toward the sky.
The violent shockwave he created shredded the clothes of several nearby Filth Earth Organization experts. Fortunately, Su Ze was far enough away to be unaffected.
’Looks like there’s no chance for a sneak attack,’ Su Ze schemed internally. ’I’ll have to find an opportunity to intervene in their fight.’
He looked up. The moment Pulamon appeared, Deng Sui attacked without a word. There was no need for introductions; the stench clinging to Pulamon was all the confirmation he needed.
With Pulamon joining the fray, the other Filth Earth Organization experts didn’t dare to stand idly by. They all flew toward the capital of Ancient An Country.
Deng Sui certainly hadn’t come alone. The experts he’d brought from Lin Hua Country must be rushing to the capital of Ancient An Country at this very moment.
That would be the next battlefield.
Su Ze followed the main contingent of the Filth Earth Organization toward the capital, with Mr. Ya secretly trailing behind them.
But they hadn’t been flying for long when Mr. Kang suddenly stopped. He turned back to Su Ze and said, "Your strength hasn’t recovered yet. There’s no need to rush into battle."
Su Ze replied righteously, "I can’t do that! I have sworn to advance and retreat with the Organization!"
For a moment, the gazes of the surrounding Filth Earth Organization Supremes fell on Su Ze with a hint of admiration. Mr. Kang’s expression softened even more. ’Have I been too harsh on Bai Guishou all this time?’ he thought.
’Even though he calls me "Dumbass Kang" behind my back, he’s still very loyal to the Organization.’
He had no idea that Su Ze saw all of them as nothing more than fuel to augment his own power.
Su Ze wanted to intervene in the battle between the two Legendary experts, to steal the kill and the loot right from under Deng Sui’s nose. To do that, it would be best to make some preparations and boost his own power first.
This wasn’t a large-scale war with a massive number of enemies for him to slaughter. He would have to take the "quality over quantity" approach. These Filth Earth Organization elders were, without exception, Overlords or even Supremes. If he killed and devoured them, the results would be substantial.
However, Su Ze planned to wait until the fighting was in full swing before revealing his true identity. It would be even better if he could kill a few members of the Nian Race in the ensuing chaos.
He deliberately slowed his pace, gradually falling behind the main group. This was perfectly reasonable; after all, Bai Guishou’s power had supposedly plummeted to the equivalent of the Butterfly Stage.
Taking a moment, he glanced up at the two Legendary experts locked in a heated battle overhead.
Although Deng Sui was a young Legend, he had held the rank for several years. Logically, he should have been able to suppress Pulamon, who had just reached the Saint-level, but in reality, they were evenly matched.
’As expected, the Corrupted are generally strong for their rank... but this also has to do with Deng Sui not being strong enough.’
Su Ze was confident that if he were in the fight, he could easily crush any Corrupted of the same rank.
"We’re here!" Mr. Kang’s voice called from the front.
They had arrived at the center of power in Ancient An Country, only to find it already surrounded by a group of experts from Lin Hua Country.
