Wang Yun, noticing Yang Zongfan's strained expression, felt a surge of satisfaction.
Ignoring the other director, she took her husband's soft hand and led Su Qi to her private office. Once inside, impressed by Su Qi's perfect response, Wang Yun said, "Hubby, you did well just now. Let me reward you."
Su Qi, who had been examining the room, turned at the mention of a "reward." She saw Wang Yun approaching, eyes fixed on her lips.

At the knock, Su Qi leapt from Wang Yun's arms like a startled cat.

After the footsteps outside faded, Su Qi sighed in relief, patting her racing heart.
