Chapter 722 - 725: What If I Say I Want to Keep Them All?

While grading, I only paid attention to right and wrong, not really focusing on anything else.

Once all the grading was finished, Jiang Ran took a serious look at all the exam papers again.

After reviewing them, she had a clear idea in her mind.

Though the written test is important, the interview is equally crucial.

Therefore, Jiang Ran did not make any evaluations at the moment.

Seeing Jiang Ran put down the papers, Pei Huai, who was reading a book nearby, came over.

"How was it?"

Hearing Pei Huai’s inquiry, Jiang Ran smiled at him.

"To be honest, it’s actually not bad."

After all, they’re all university students; having studied for four years, some knowledge is solidly grasped.

However, the questions on her paper had some deeper content, which some people managed to answer, and others did not.

It’s all understandable.

Being a doctor is different from other professions. It doesn’t mean that once you graduate, you instantly become a doctor and can save lives right away.

It’s actually a completely different matter.

Even after graduating, once you enter the workforce, you still have to start from scratch and learn everything from the beginning.

It’s just that with a basic knowledge foundation, learning becomes a bit faster.

Although Pei Huai doesn’t really understand this profession, seeing Jiang Ran’s expression and hearing her tone, he knew these people should be quite decent.

Decent is good enough.

Sometimes you really shouldn’t set standards too high; setting them too high leads to disappointment.

After talking for a while, it was almost time.

With more than ten minutes to 3 o’clock, someone had already arrived.

Arriving early is definitely a positive note.

After the first person arrived, within a couple of minutes, more people began to come in one after another.

With five minutes to 3 o’clock, everyone was already present.

Just seeing how they all arrived early and none were late made Jiang Ran somewhat satisfied.

During the interview, they naturally came in one by one.

Those called went inside, while those not called sat outside waiting.

Actually, this was Jiang Ran’s first time interviewing others.

In her past life, she neither needed to do these things nor had the time for them.

However, life is always full of firsts, and being an interviewer for the first time felt quite novel.

Moreover, the questions asked were all related to her specialty, so there was no panic; rather, they came effortlessly, one question after another.

Once Jiang Ran was almost done with her questions, Pei Huai also asked a few questions.

His questions were not related to the field but rather about ideals, motivations, and future plans.

The answers to these questions could more or less reveal some issues.

The interviews for the seven people lasted over three hours.

After speaking for so long, Jiang Ran felt like her throat was parched.

But the efforts were worthwhile; at least Jiang Ran was quite satisfied with these seven people.

None of them were exceptionally outstanding, but none were particularly poor either.

Their common trait was that they were all diligent, possessed a spirit of improvement, and hadn’t forgotten their original intent.

Seeing Jiang Ran not speaking, Pei Huai simply asked proactively.

"So? Have you decided who you want to keep?"

Upon hearing the question, Jiang Ran looked at Pei Huai with a smile, "What if I say I want to keep them all?"

"That would be great, having so many people to help you; you won’t be as tired in the future."
