Shiela's POV
I snappily stood up and pack the broken glass that fell from the person hand. Looking up, I came face to face with utmost gorgeous green eyes I've ever seen.
Wow!! He is so cute.
" But your mate is hotter " my wolf said while I squeeze my face in disgust.
" Don't go there " I scolded my Wolf.
"Hey," I greeted clearing the uncomfortable silence that laid between the two of us.
" I am Shiela by name but u can call me Ela. " I said stretching my hand forward for him to give me an handshake.
" And I am Lincoln "' He said taking my hand, then he place a kiss there. I blushed secretly and my heart fluttered a little.
" If I may ask, what's a girl doing down here by this time of the night? "He questioned taking a glass cup.
" Actually, I was feeling hot. So that why I came downstairs to take some chilled water. " I said taking out chilled water from the fridge and glupped everything down once.
" Wow... That bad for a young girl to do alone " He said grinning. Only if he knows how bad am burning inside of me. I thought opening another bottle and I drank from it.
My back is aching, my body is burning both inside and outside. It was like I was placed on fire.
I move closer to the AC, still it's not working. I felt like I was frying.
"Ple.. Se.. Please, ca.. can yo.. You ge.. Get me.. e a co.. cold wat..water or I.. ice? "I pleaded pulling off my baggie top, leaving only my short and singlet.
" Please make it stop!!! " I screamed gashing my teeth in pain and agony. Lincoln kept pouring me water till I was socked.
" Are you okay? " He asked with concern laced in his voice. "Am burning, please make it stop." I said holding my head in pain, almost ripping out my top.
The pain shoot through me and I screamed out crying.
With his wolf speed, he took me to bathroom, socking me inside the iced water. Still I was burning badly.
My eyes started changing to different colors till it stops at skyblue. My ice power is coming.
I dipped my self into the water the more, laying under the water. Then I freezed the whole water.
Using another power I just discovered yesterday to compile Lincoln to stay where he is standing but still conscious.
After about two hours of going through hell, I felt both myself and my wolf calming down, I unfreeze the water.
Without harming anyone, I walked into my closest to change into something more comfortable.
Walking out of the closet, I locked my bedroom door. Then release Lincoln from my compelling power.
" What the hell was that ? " Lincoln asked the moment he was able to talk.
" Please keep your voice down, I don't want anyone to know. " I said with tears clouding in my eyes while begging him.
I persuade him to sit which he did after promising I will tell him everything.
I told him from my pack down to how I was gifted, to how my pack was attacked and why I couldn't save them with my powers.
Because I was still learning and couldn't control my power then. And if I should try, I will end up killing both my pack and the attackers.
So I did what's best for us, I ran away from them. " I said cleaning away the tears at the corner of my eye.
" That explains why the alpha son acted like that towards you. " He said.
" Huh? " I exclaimed raising an eyebrow.
" Why don't you tell him about your power? " He asked looking at me while I take my eye away from his and coughed a little bit.
" You know they said don't judge a book by its cover. " I said covering the part that the person his talking about is my mate.
" That's true. " He said nodding in agreement. " So.... You said something while I was burning then? " I asked laying on my back.
" Do you have a mate yet? " He asked and I nodded looking at him with confusion.
" Is he intact and have you touch him physically either intentionally or mistakenly? " He asked.
" Yes, have touched him but it was mistakenly and he is a male slut. And don't ask me how I got to know. " I said as the picture of him touching that Barbie doll p***y pop in my head.
" If that so, the cause of you going into heat is clear already." He said popping a gym in his mouth.
" You mean that male slut is the cause of my pain? " I asked with anger building inside of me.
" Yes, he is probably in bed with one of his slut and since you have made physical contact with him, automatically your wolf and his are already one. " He said
" What!!! " I asked with anger but his next word made me freezed me..
