I persisted in trying to keep my loving side at bay until a sharp pain shot through the side of my neck near where he had covered his flanges .
I didn't want to be marked, but he did .
I tried to get him off of me as tears kept streaming from my eyes, but he just kept sucking until I was rendered numb .
My wolf was giggling happily . I could sense his wolf's delight flowing from him as well .

He left my room by leaving . I have a feeling he will regret what he did by tomorrow . Just the concept caused my wolf to start sobbing for her mate .

I felt as though a truck had run me over when I woke up .

When I heard her gasp, I was going to inform her that it isn't what she is thinking .
I discovered what she was focusing on by tracing my eyes to the mark on my neck .

She and I were brought outside the home to a solitary, peaceful area where nobody typically goes .
Tell me every detail . She said with a smile . " Okay, but make sure you don't yell or scream, " I said . I said as I seated us on the bench .
" I did the heart-crossing . " She said, and I began telling her everything, from how I first met him to the rejection and how we have been communicating .
I also revealed my power to her while feigning not to be who we really are .
Why don't you use that power to save your pack, as everyone else will ask ?
since I'm still learning and haven't truly perfected it . I'll end up murdering both my pack and our adversary if I attempt, though .
She expressed sympathy for me and inquired about the mark .
