The Pseudo-Machinedrasprite, Yinglong, the Golden Scarab, and the Vampsprite attacked the Wrath Brutesprite on Han Wu’s command. Every devastating skill they had slammed into its body.
Thunder Halberd and Stinger split off to finish the half-dead Greed Black Widow of Despair and the Envy Violetsprite. Both Sin Lords quickly fell under their combined attacks and dissolved into data. Han Wu received a massive amount of energy points and evolution points.
Stinger and Thunder Halberd also brought back the special materials the two Sin Lords had dropped. Han Wu kept everything and turned his full attention to the Wrath Brutesprite.
The siege drove the Wrath Brutesprite into a deeper rage, which fed it even more power. Its body swelled, and its defense skyrocketed. The Pseudo-Machinedrasprite and Yinglong fought it head-on, while the Vampsprite used Night Terror Raid, inflicting countless small wounds across its body.
Stinger and Thunder Halberd rejoined the battle, darting in and out to stack damage at any opportunity. When any Digital Sprite took damage, Han Wu released the Bloodfang Bats from the Pseudo-Machinedrasprite’s Microcosm to drain blood and heal the wounded.
Even with all that, it took a full hour to grind the Wrath Brutesprite down into mere data. Every one of Han Wu’s Digital Sprites collapsed from exhaustion once the fight was over. The Wrath Brutesprite had been an absolute monster of endurance.
The 5 million energy points and 200,000 evolution points that flooded his account made it all worthwhile. Between Tyson’s two ultimates and the three Sin Lords, Han Wu had made a killing. His total now sat at 15 million energy points and 860,000 evolution points.
The dropped materials were also impressive, but the real prizes were the three items left behind by the Sin Lords. Like Digital Spirits, these were treasures capable of granting an additional evolution to a Digital Sprite.

The Golden Scarab’s Armored evolution had turned the Iron Abyss Bug from a pure tank into a tank that could also support. A single extra evolution had completely transformed an ultimate Digital Sprite. These Sins could do the same.
Han Wu’s first thought went to the Pseudo-Machinedrasprite, his strongest unit. Giving it a Sin would be an enormous boost, and its loyalty meant zero risk of betrayal. Unfortunately, he quickly found that none were compatible. It appeared that it wasn’t time for the Pseudo-Machinedrasprite to become stronger.
Sighing, Han Wu moved on. Neither Yinglong, Thunder Halberd, nor the Iron Abyss Bug was compatible with the Sins either. Only Stinger was compatible with the Envy Sin.
The fusion allowed Stinger to undergo Sin Evolution and become the Envy Stinger Locustman King. Purple patterns of envy coiled across its body, radiating a sharper presence than before. Its power jumped from the Earthsunder rank straight to the Microcosm rank.
Han Wu was thrilled. The birth of his second Microcosm Digital Sprite meant his overall strength had grown once more.
The newly pledged Vampsprite seized the moment to request a reward. It had fought the Wrath Brutesprite as a mere perfect Digital Sprite, but its contribution was undeniable. After some thought, Han Wu gave the Vampsprite the Demon Claw rather than a Sin.
The Demon Claw had absorbed enough materials of the same type to reach ultimate-evolution quality, making it a perfect fit for the Vampsprite’s level. The Vampsprite was visibly disappointed but dared not verbalize it. Taking the Demon Claw, it started absorbing its energy and working toward its ultimate evolution.
Meanwhile, Han Wu, with 820,000 evolution points in hand, was ready to build the holy evolution path. He invested 800,000 evolution points along with the special materials, using up the Holy Ring, the Devout Crucifix, and the King’s Scepter.
The holy path lit up.

The moment Han Wu saw the War Angel’s information, he knew he’d made the right call. She was the perfect counter for the Kingdom of Sin. She was every Sin Lord’s worst nightmare. Han Wu was already itching to collect all seven Sins.
“With the War Angel, the Kingdom of Sin is mine for the taking!” Han Wu smiled, reaching out to his avatars for intel. “Now, who’s next on the list?”
The reply came quickly. Ten kilometers to the south lay the territory of the Gargoylesprites, ruled by a Sin Lord bearing the Sloth Sin.
