Han Wu checked his remaining evolution points after receiving the notification that he would soon be leaving the Sprite Civilization. There weren’t enough to unlock a full new evolution line, but there were enough to complete the ultimate evolution for his healing line.
After searching through the evolution tree, he settled on his choice.
[Blood Wraith (ultimate, King life form). Skills: Blood Siphon, Crimson Halo, Blood Possession. Description: A pure-support Digital Sprite that absorbs Blood Energy to heal injuries and can also function as a living blood supply.]
[Blood Siphon: Absorbs blood and stores energy.]
[Crimson Halo: Friendly targets within the halo receive Life Energy from the Blood Wraith, restoring injuries.]
[Blood Possession: The Blood Wraith enters a target’s body through a wound, acting as replacement blood while repairing injuries from within.]
With that, Han Wu’s evolution points were all spent. As his time in the event came to an end, he was teleported to a special space within the Sprite Civilization.
A familiar voice called out from behind him, “Han Wu, you really do keep delivering surprises.”
Han Wu turned around to see the Gift God King Shaura approaching with an Evolution Blueprint in hand.
“Kid, you’re the winner of this event,” Shaura said, handing him the Evolution Blueprint. “Here’s your reward.”
The moment Han Wu touched it, he felt it draw something from him. It was collecting every evolution line he had created. Once it finished absorbing them, ten evolution lines appeared clearly on it: Self-Detonation, Locustman, Defense, Dragon, Mechanical, Healing, Holy, Gluttony, Dark, and Giant.
Each line felt familiar. These were all the lines he had built during his time in the Sprite Civilization. The units born from these lines would be treated as core races in his domain, meaning his divine realm would shift from a world of random species to one built around fixed, purpose-bred races. The diversity would decrease, but his overall combat strength would soar.
Unfortunately, these new units wouldn’t appear overnight. Han Wu would still need to invest resources and time, guiding each new generation from Common locusts down one of the ten prescribed evolution paths.
After thanking the Gift God King Shaura and checking in with his teacher Saliya, Han Wu brought the Evolution Blueprint back to his divine realm.
Every existing law layered in his divine realm was broken down and absorbed into the Blueprint. Random Evolution, Ovipary, Assist, Divine Weapons, and more were all merged into a single unified system that covered every Microcosm under Han Wu’s control.
This system was called the Will of Evolution.
Under the Will of Evolution, every newborn locust would grow according to Han Wu’s prescribed evolution lines. Existing units would live as before, but as older generations naturally died out, these newer forces would eventually become the backbone of Han Wu’s domain.
Beyond the Evolution Blueprint, Han Wu also brought back four powerful Digital Sprites. These weren’t virtual summons created by energy points, but natives of the Sprite Civilization. Han Wu could bring them out because they were real living beings.
These four were the Sloth Machinedrasprite Fortress, the Greed Neo Vampsprite, the Pride Dark Tyrannosprite King, and the Wrath War Tyrannosprite King.
Once inside Han Wu’s divine realm, the four immediately noticed the different laws, but the thing that struck them most was actually Han Wu’s strength.
All of Han Wu’s abilities had been sealed while inside the Sprite Civilization, and he had seemed weak. With nothing suppressing him anymore, his Subcosm-rank strength was on full display. The two Tyrannosprite Kings sensed that Han Wu’s power was stronger than their own.
“Settle in and get used to the environment. I’ve got something to take care of,” Han Wu said before promptly vanishing.
The four Digital Sprites received the permissions Han Wu had set up for them. They were given considerable freedom as his elite forces. They could explore any Microcosm they wished, settle anywhere they liked, and request whatever resources they needed.
Han Wu could feed these four until they couldn’t eat another bite.
While the Digital Sprites explored, Han Wu teleported to his Life Microcosm, which housed the Origin of Mutation’s research lab.
The Origin of Mutation had sent a message the moment Han Wu returned. Its research on Kokkai Hanwu had reached the final stage, but the subject’s lack of cooperation required Han Wu’s help to come and intimidate it.
The Origin of Mutation had since replicated Kokkai Hanwu’s mutant gene structure and could now cultivate embryonic offshoots of the nine great giants. These weren’t as strong as the original, but they had remained solid options compared to other species.
When the Origin of Mutation heard about the Mythic Titan line that Han Wu had created, however, it immediately moved to terminate this research. Kokkai Hanwu’s nine forms weren’t even in the same league as a Mythic Titan.
The Origin of Mutation’s usual procedure for scrapped research subjects was grim. It ground them into paste and fed them to newborn units. The stubbornly defiant Kokkai Hanwu instantly surrendered when he heard this, agreeing to do as the Origin of Mutation and Han Wu instructed from then on.
Han Wu couldn’t help but feel a little sympathy as he gazed at the face identical to his own. Kokkai Hanwu had once been his body, after all. Nevertheless, he wasn’t about to accept the surrender with just words alone, and he had the Epistians draw up nine ironclad contracts.
From that day onward, Kokkai Hanwu officially joined Han Wu’s forces as the designated Commander of Giants.
The good news didn’t stop there. The Soul Microcosm also sent word that the Underworld, which Han Wu had spent a fortune in Divine Essence and resources to build, was finally complete.
