Fire and Teasing
"Sigh, don’t need to be polite to me," Julian D’Aurelius scoffed to himself as he hopped over the balcony railing with ease and jumped lightly into the room.
Light from the moonlight shone in through the doors, casting silver outlines over his tall frame and rippling the breeze around his black hair.
He smirked with a naughty smile "Come, onto the bed to be treated."
"???"
Felberta Ashbourne’s expression was filled with clear distrust and suspicion, and he raised his ruby eye with arms folded in front of her.
She had just begun to suspect he wanted to help her.
And now he was asking her to climb into bed. Now it just felt like suspiciously asking for an affair.
"I just want to use the bed, as treatment room because it feels more private, and more comfortable for me and you. Think about it from a Conservative point of view rather then the physical sense"
Julian hurriedly said after he found that Felberta gave him’s eyes an unmistakably dirty-look. Felberta’s lips twitched upward slightly, "Conservative?!"
Felberta asked skeptically "You want to ask lady and young lady twoman to go to bed with you after entering her room through the balcony?"
"...well when you put it like that it does look suspicious " "It does. And it even more suspicious"
Julian fiddled his nose and chuckled. " I guess I have to blame the balcony"
"Hmph"
Despite herself, the tension in the room eased ever so slightly.
Before Julian could give more and more of these useless, silly explanations, Felberta gracefully made his back to his bed.
She’s silk robe swayed gently around his long legs with every of his graceful step.
The silk gown that was loosely worn around her body did nothing to hide the elegance in his slender frame, which then fell to his perfectly shaped peached-like hips through a slender waist and even the mature smooth roundedness of his perky boobs would also faintly peeked from the robe that he was wearing without offending people.
As he sat on his edge, he looks up at him.
"How?"
Julian’s smile which was usually playful faded as it gradually gave place to serene confidence "It is not just because of psychological causes that make you allergic, your body also contributes a factor in that."
He walked toward the nearby chair and sit, while countinue chatting with her.
"Long-term emotional stress affects far more than emotions. It puts constant strain on the heart, disrupts your nervous system, and causes your body’s balance to slowly fall apart."
Felberta listened quietly.
His explanation was surprisingly easy to understand.
There were no grand claims or mysterious speeches.
Just calm confidence.
"The acupuncture therapy later will regulate your body’s condition," Julian said as he rose from the chair. "Before that, I want to use fire cupping to draw out the toxins that have built up in your body. It’ll also help relax your muscles and improve circulation."
Felberta gave a small nod.
"If that’s what you think is best... I’ll trust you."
Julian smiled.
"That’s more like it."
Without raising his voice, he glanced toward the doorway.
"A servant, please."
The bedroom door soon opened, and a maid respectfully stepped inside.
"Young Master Julian."
"I’ll need around a dozen fire cups, a small alcohol lamp, clean cotton, disinfectant, and a towel."
"At once."
The maid bowed before quickly leaving the room.
Only a few minutes later, she returned carrying a polished wooden tray with everything neatly arranged.
Julian thanked her with a nod.
"You may leave. No one is to disturb us until the treatment is finished."
"Understood."
The maid quietly closed the door behind her.
Julian rolled up his sleeves before inspecting each glass cup one by one. Satisfied, he carefully sterilized every piece of equipment, making sure nothing had been overlooked.
Watching him work with such patience, Felberta couldn’t help relaxing a little.
He might be playful...
But whenever it came to treating someone, his expression became unexpectedly dependable.
After finishing the preparations, Julian looked up.
"Everything’s ready."
He gestured toward the bed.
"Take off your robe and lie on the bed."
Felberta hesitated.
A faint blush crept onto her cheeks as her fingers instinctively tightened around the belt of her robe.
"...Alright."
After a brief silence, she looked at him.
"You turn around first."
Although she had agreed to receive treatment, undressing in front of a man still felt deeply embarrassing.
Julian looked at her helplessly.
"Don’t you trust me? I’ll close my eyes... okay."
Seeing the distrust still lingering on her face, he sighed dramatically before obediently turning around.
[Sigh, there’s no trust between people anymore.]
[What has this society come to?]
[Why has it become so cold?]
Felberta’s mouth twitched as his inner thoughts echoed clearly inside her mind.
You’re the one making suspicious jokes...
And somehow I’m the unreasonable one?
She almost laughed.
Almost.
After bathing earlier that evening, she had changed into a burgundy silk robe with the intention of going straight to sleep afterward.
Taking a slow breath, she untied the belt.
The robe loosened and quietly slipped from her shoulders.
Her smooth, jade-like skin reflected the soft candlelight.
Her long black hair cascaded over her shoulders like flowing silk before she gently gathered it to one side.
Without wasting another second, she quickly lay face down across the bed.
Only her flawless snow-white back remained exposed.
"You can turn around now."
Julian slowly turned around.
For a brief moment, even he paused.
His golden eyes swept across the elegant lines of her back before he smiled.
"You know..."
Felberta remained silent.
"You have incredible posture."
"..."
"A beautiful back, long legs, smooth shoulders and back of neck and this peach shaped supple ass that are almost perfectly balanced. Whoever marries you in the future will be blessed every single day."
Felberta’s ears instantly became warm.
"W-What does that have to do with the treatment?"
"Nothing."
"..."
"I just thought I’d compliment you."
"You compliment women this casually while mention her body parts?"
"I only compliment beautiful women."
Felberta bit her lip.
"You really are shameless."
Julian laughed.
"I prefer honest."
She let out an annoyed snort.
"If you’re done talking..."
"I am."
"...Then hurry up."
Julian picked up the first fire cup.
Using a small flame, he briefly heated the air inside before swiftly pressing it against the center of her back.
Pop.
