"That’s natural, but right now, you can’t refine this power. Your body simply can’t withstand it. You’ll have to wait until your superpower level reaches at least level twenty." The little elf sighed. This thing is good, but Xu Mumu can’t use it now.
"Level twenty? Do you know what level superpowers can actually reach?" Xu Mumu squinted her eyes slightly. That strange feeling came again. She always felt that the little elf knew a lot.
"You have to explore that on your own. Ahem, keep this crystal with you. It’s useful for absorbing superpowers." Realizing a slip of the tongue, the little elf quickly changed the subject.

The meteorite fragments are the purest source energy, and they can be absorbed. However, the little elf didn’t recommend Xu Mumu and her companions use them now. It’s best saved for when they reach a bottleneck in their superpower development.

After resting for another night here, they set off again.
The next day, the snow started falling again, and Xu Mumu and her group arrived at Shiyuan County.
Looking around at the ruins and dried bloodstains, zombies were everywhere. Xu Mumu and her team killed as they went. The zombies seemed to have gotten stronger.

"Detours are just as dangerous. We might as well go over the mountain. We can’t drive in this weather anyway." Yin Chuchu shrugged. There might not be zombies on the mountain, but zombie animals and mutated plants abound, making the danger significant.
"Captain, you decide. We’ll all follow you."
"Right, we’ll follow you."
"Well, big brother, since it’s all dangerous, we might as well take the shortcut." Yin Lin smiled.
"Alright, let’s go over the mountain then." Yin Yang nodded, making the decision.
After deciding, the group headed towards the mountain.
The winter forest was bare, with little greenery; not many mutated animals were visible either.
Xu Mumu looked at the mountain covered in white snow. The mountain was vast and endless.
"Are you tired? Do you want to rest for a while?" Seeing his little wife’s weary look, Yin Yang asked softly.
"It’s getting late. Let’s find a place to set up camp." Xu Mumu nodded. They had been walking all day on the mountain. The outskirts weren’t dangerous, and the journey had been smooth, but they were all exhausted from the day’s walk.
Xu Mumu and her team had their own tents, so they didn’t need to search for caves specifically.
After more than half an hour, they finally found a suitable place to camp.
The group got busy with setting up tents and collecting firewood while checking the surrounding area for safety.
"It’s so cold in the tent; I wonder if I’ll be able to sleep tonight." Snow was falling outside, and Yin Chuchu came out of the tent with a mournful face. Even though the tent was windproof, it was still very cold; despite the thick cotton quilts, it was freezing.
"Once the fire is burning, it should be better." Xu Mumu said with a smile, clearing the snow around the newly set up tent.
"That’s the only way. Sis, do you think it’s going to get even colder? We might end up frozen like popsicles." Yin Chuchu rubbed her hands; it was too cold.
"Here, hot water bags." Xu Mumu handed hot water bags to Yin Chuchu and Yin Wanqiu. She didn’t hold any herself since she had the Ice Element superpower, and her resistance to cold was much stronger than theirs.
"Thank you, sis." Holding the hot water bags, Yin Chuchu finally felt alive again.
"It’s great to have a Fire Ability User in the team. We can always have something hot to eat and hot water bags too." Yin Wanqiu felt grateful as well.
"Exactly, sis, let’s have lamb soup tonight. I want lamb soup." Yin Chuchu nodded in agreement; having a Fire Ability User was indeed convenient.
"No problem. Do you want to have roast duck as well? I have quite a lot stored." Xu Mumu chuckled softly.
"Yes, yes." Yin Chuchu nodded eagerly. Although she didn’t know how big her sister-in-law’s storage space was, they’ve never lacked food, and with her big brother’s protection, they’ve never bothered to question it.
Yin Yang and the others soon returned with a lot of firewood, although a bit damp; it would have to do.
When they returned, Xu Mumu had already taken out the lamb, ready to make soup once they were back.
