"Well, let me show you." Rina had a mischievous smile as she was eager to show off and said, "Can you create a black ice wall?"
Amber raised an eyebrow but nodded as she waved her hands, and a new block of black ice appeared in the room.
Rina pointed her finger towards the ice block, and a beam of red light left her fingertips.
Bang!
The beam of red light immediately pierced through the ice block like a hot knife through butter and left a trail of magma on the ice.
Amber’s pupils constricted to the size of pinpricks as she shouted, "Impossible!"
Amber looked at it in disbelief at the hole caused by the beam of light.
’How is this possible? Even though I have just used 50% of my true strength, it should have been impossible for magma or fire to pierce the ice... not to mention mere light attacks.’ Amber thought with pure shock. If it were normal ice instead of black ice, it would have been believable, but not Primordial Ice. She even believed that if she used 70% of her power, the ice could still be pierced if the beam of light was focused on a single point for a period of time.
"Are you surprised?" Rina said in a smug tone as Amber turned her head towards her and looked at Victor with a frown.
"Darling, what kind of bloodline did she gain?" Amber asked, looking at Victor with a questioning gaze.
"Well..." Just as Victor was about to explain, Rina’s voice interrupted him.
"I will tell you," Rina said excitedly as her two mountains shook while looking at Amber, who gestured for her to continue.
"It’s a bloodline which gives my light powers the properties of magma, like the temperature and destructive power of the element, but multiplied by 5," Rina said, and Amber’s eyes widened in shock as she sucked in a cold breath.
"The speed of light and destructive power 5x that of magma. No wonder it could pierce my ice block," Amber said in a low voice as the puzzle she had in her head was solved.
"Indeed, if you train properly, you could become the perfect sniper," Victor suggested, as he could already imagine her headshotting her enemies from a distance and taking them down with one shot.
Rina frowned hearing this and said, "Well, normally my specialty is defense and healing, but I guess I could learn some more powerful combat-based skills." Rina muttered. There were many light-based skills in her family, and as the heir, she could learn every single one of them.
"Whatever, let’s continue," Amber said sultrily.

"Damn, how annoying. Why am I the one being sent to call them, and can’t they give the newlyweds some more time?" Emily said as she was carrying a tray to the room of the newlyweds. She was also tasked by the Duke to call them if they had woken up, as Princess Amanda wanted to talk to them about something.
" Hmm?" Emily raised an eyebrow when she saw a familiar figure standing by the door. "Isn’t that Lady Amber’s knight? Was it Sophie?"
Emily blinked her eyes and walked towards her, then said, "What are you doing here?"
"Kyaah!" Sophie, whose face was completely flushed and who seemed too distracted, almost jumped in fear as her heart nearly leapt out of her chest.
She looked at Emily and said with a stammer, "Y-You, what are you doing here?"
"I should be the one asking you," Emily said with a raised eyebrow.
"I was assigned by Miss Amber not to let anyone disturb them, so you cannot go any further," Sophie said.
"What, you are standing here all this time while they...?" Emily almost choked in shock, and her lips twitched when she felt a weird smell. She glanced down, and what she saw made her lips twitch even further; there was a huge puddle of suspicious crystalline liquid.
Creak.
Emily and Sophie’s eyes went towards the door and saw Amber, wrapped in a sheet, emerge from the room.
"What are you doing here? I heard someone?" Amber asked in a lazy tone.
"Miss..." Sophie’s eyes nearly bulged when she saw Amber’s current state, while Emily’s mouth hung open as she was left speechless by her actions. Her eyes drifted inside, and what she saw gave her a jolt.
Victor was leaning on Rina’s back and moving his body. Emily’s face instantly turned red as she quickly averted her gaze and cursed inwardly, ’I did not see anything. I did not see anything.’
"Lady Amber, the Duke sent me to check on you, and Princess Amanda wanted to speak with you," Emily said, bowing. She now showed Amber the same respect as Rina and Victor.
"I understand. You wait," Amber said as she went inside and closed the door.
30 Minutes Later
Victor, Rina, and Amber, now cleaned and properly dressed, emerged from the room. Rina’s face was flushed red as she hid behind Victor, as she could feel Emily’s weird gaze on her.

Living Room
"What did you want to talk about with my son-in-law, Princess?" Hilbert asked casually as he took a sip of tea.
"Let’s wait for him to come," Amanda said calmly.
"Will they come so soon?" Bianca, who was standing beside the sofa, said in a low voice, but both heard her.
Hilbert’s expression turned uncomfortable just thinking about what that brat Victor was doing to Rina.
"Princess Amanda, I heard you are looking for me," Victor said as he entered the room and sat on the sofa, with Amber and Rina sitting on Victor’s two opposite sides.
Rina saw her father and averted her eyes from him as she felt awkward and embarrassed, as she was sure her father knew exactly what they were doing. Even Hilbert was feeling a bit awkward, but both were glad as Amanda intervened.
"I would like your help to take down a person," Amanda said calmly, but Victor could feel an icy chill beneath her words.
"Oh, who might be the unfortunate person to incur the wrath of a princess?" Victor said in a teasing voice, which caused Amanda to roll her eyes at him.
"He is a Warlord, and due to the evolution of the world, he took the opportunity, like many others, and became a Warlord, and he killed many of our people... His name is Mani," Amanda said.
Hilbert, who was listening to her silently, suddenly had his eyes widened and said with a gasp, "Princess, wasn’t Mani a famous General in your own faction?"
Amanda looked at Hilbert and was not surprised that he recognized the name. "Yes, but later he backstabbed us, along with a few others. Later, we learned he was a spy sent by my uncle."
Amanda then looked at Victor and said, "You already formed enmity with my uncle?"
"Oh, tell me about him. I mean, I don’t think you would have asked me if he wasn’t difficult to deal with," Victor said with a raised eyebrow.
"Indeed, if it was just him alone, I could have dealt with him, but he seemed to have made a contract with some kind of devil, which gave him new powers," Amanda said in a grim tone.
"Devils?" Victor’s eyes widened. He never expected he would hear about devils so soon, as they were higher beings found in higher-evolved worlds or in the starry sky, as he had learned in his past life.
Without saying anything, Victor opened his territory panel.

’Just as I was wondering where to get the soul of a higher being, now the opportunity has fallen into my lap... Damn, I am lucky,’ Victor thought as his eyes focused on the specialized building section. He was having a headache after he built the altar but had no means to activate it, and thought he could activate it only after going to outer space.
"Darling, accept her request." Just as Victor was thinking, he felt Amber grab his hand and whisper in his ear excitedly.
He looked at Amber, who seemed to be looking at thin air, but he knew she was looking at her System screen.
Seeing her husband looking at her with a questioning gaze, she smiled and said, "Let me share my screen with you."
As soon as her voice fell, a new notification popped up on his retina, and his mouth hung open as he exclaimed, "What?!"
