Victor’s eyes widened as he read the text. He did not expect that for Amber to advance to Tier 3, she needed to kill a female Devil.
Victor thought back to all he knew about devils and demons.
From what he remembered, devils and demons were two different races entirely, and they seemed to be mortal enemies. He only met a few devils and demons in his past life when he accidentally stepped into an area where they were having a life-and-death battle.
Unlike demons, who are not inherently malicious and even interact with other races in a civilized way, devils, on the other hand, do not, as they are born inherently evil, and they are most famous for their ability to form contracts with other beings of different races. When they make contact with other races, they offer them powers and all sorts of benefits, but in exchange, they sell their souls to the devil, which they devour. Someone who did not know the full truth might think this is a fair exchange, but they not only take the souls of their contractors but also use them to kill others to harvest their souls, which they feed on to become stronger and feel pleasure.
’She is extremely lucky,’ Victor thought. If they had not gotten information about a devil today, Amber might have been stuck in Tier 3 for a very long time, maybe even decades, while he and Rina had gotten stronger than her.

"Son-in-law, is my daughter and Lady Amber not enough? Do you want to bed a devil?" Hilbert asked with an annoyed look on his face.
"What the hell?" Victor’s eyes widened in disbelief as he looked at Hilbert, and before he could question him, Rina beat him to it.
"Father, what nonsense are you speaking?" Rina said in an angry voice and could not make head nor tail of what Hilbert was saying.
"Lady Rina, let me explain. It seems you don’t know?" Amanda, who had been silent, realized this might be some kind of misunderstanding and interjected. Everyone, including Victor, looked at her for some answers.
"You see, there is a legend... no, not a legend, as some have verified it. You see, female devils are highly coveted, and many men make contracts with them because they get the opportunity to bed them and experience otherworldly pleasure, as well as get the chance to change their race into the devil race," Amanda said with a slight blush as she said this.
Amanda, Rina, and even Victor looked at her dumbfounded, and Victor exclaimed inwardly, ’Holy shit, how did I never know this... Well, it seems you learn something new every day.’
"I see. I did not know that. I asked you because of some other reason..." Victor said, and Amanda just nodded and did not pry into the matter again.
"There should be female devils, and there are at least a dozen devils," Amanda said after pondering for some time.
"I will help you. When do we go?" Victor said, and Amanda’s expression visibly brightened as she said,
"Let’s wait for some time. I sent a scout, and after I get feedback, I will tell you." Amanda said, and Victor nodded his head.

After the first evolution of the world occurred, items called Faction Tokens started to appear in the world, which allowed Guilds to be recognized as true Factions like any other nobility and allowed them to conquer lands like any other normal NPC and become Lords.

"Earth Spikes!" Andrew said as he slammed his leg on the ground, and rock spikes erupted from the ground below and pierced the magical beasts that were running in his direction.
"Huff... that seemed to be the last one," Andrew said as he wiped the sweat from his brow and chugged a recovery potion.
He frowned as he looked around and said, "Looks like some of the guild members died."
Then he turned to look at Olivia, who was massacring beasts, and said, "Olivia, don’t you think we should take a break? Not everyone can keep up with us."
Hearing Andrew’s words, Olivia frowned and said with a sigh, "Fine, let’s take a rest."
Hearing her words, many of the guild members directly sat on the ground in exhaustion.
"Damn, I just reached Level 18. How on heavens did that guy Faceless even reach such a high tier?" Rachel said in frustration. Hearing her words, Olivia and Andrew fell silent.
